Pet Policy
At The Kendall, four-legged family members are welcome home, with an on-site bark park where they can run and play. And with Crooked Creek Park just minutes away offering a dog park and shady trails, there's always somewhere new to explore together.
Dogs & Cats Welcome
We happily accept cats and dogs, up to 2 per home, with no weight limit. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
